Academics: Multi-Lead Medics

My Multi-Lead Medics class was developed 27 years ago after I had a bad experience with a patient because I was not aware of a condition they had. It challenged what I was taught and motivated me to learn more.


Since 1990, I have presented this course to thousands of people worldwide. It is very successful and I do not have enough days to cover the requests for the class. Using the Kirkpatrick/Phillips Model I was able to determine the Return On Investment (ROI).

One key to effective teaching is to be passionate about your subject. Students respond to teachers that “leave it on the field”. or speak with their heart. “They do not care how much you know until they know how much you care!”
